The goal of the project was to create a website for the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and the local community which seeks to promote and protect business interests in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The Mission of the Chamber of Commerce is to create ideal conditions for enterprise development as well as to attract tourists and young professionals. The Chamber offers a wide range of events, educational workshops, presentations, and opportunities for career growth.
The color theme was renewed and the main accents are soft green and blue. Adding photos on the website made it more dynamic and we retained its formal style by maintaining a white background. The design was adapted for both web and mobile versions to guarantee a high quality experience on all devices.
To create a website capable of displaying large amounts of information and to ensure automatic updates for all pages when new content is published.
To prepare the website for updates, we created the IDX broker bundle module to connect the platform via API. As a result, the database search became available.
With the help of PHP (Framework Symfony), we realized the business logic in adding the order and cost calculation for real estate for customers. Using React JS and Symfony, Kinseyco developed the Home Builder app, where the user can choose the neighborhood and floor plan preference. The admin section has a feedback form for better lead generation.
The rent feature is fully customized, applying React JS. Now customers can filter house data by price, date, and city. Thanks to server-side rendering, the website works notably faster than a standard request-response model, allowing for better SEO optimization.
